About Denise

I am the broker/owner of Fortus Realty, a closely held real estate brokerage in beautiful Couer d’Alene, Idaho.  I enjoy all facets of real estate sales and leasing, am savvy about marketing, and intuitive about market trends. Other work related interests include strategic planning, philanthropy, and civic associations.
I have served on the local MLS board for three years, two year as treasurer. I currently serve on the Coeur d’Alene Association of REALTORS(R) board of directors as Treasurer, am co-chair of the Government Affairs Committee, Chair of the Finance Committee, and a member of the Ethics Committee.
I am a Circle of Excellence Recipient, a member of the Honor Society, and a Chairman’s Club Donor to RPAC.
My clients are a large part of my life, and I enjoy my work immensely.
In my spare time, you will find me alpine or Nordic skiing, backpacking in the Selkirks, boating Lake CDA, hiking or cycling. Outdoor pursuits, travel, enjoying friends, pets and family are among my other interests.
